Prices, estimates and quotes

Prices on this website are indicative, per person on twin sharing unless stated, and exclude GST and TCS where applicable. Online estimates (vehicle fares and the trip planner) are estimates only. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and receive the advance.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Advance and balance amounts are shown on your booking page; the balance is due before departure unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, permits and identity documents for every traveller. We help prepare visa paperwork but cannot guarantee an embassy's decision.

Changes by suppliers

Hotels, airlines and operators occasionally change schedules or properties. We will offer an equivalent alternative or a refund of the affected service.

Health and conduct

Some journeys, such as Kashmir and Manali, reach high altitudes. Please consult your doctor before booking. Drivers and hotels may refuse service for unsafe or unlawful behaviour.

Liability

Ramkrupa Travels acts as an agent for the hotels, transport companies and other suppliers that provide your services, and is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond the value of the services booked with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad.
